Return & Exchange Policy

Return Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and "Tag and Track" LLC (ID: 405802458), (hereinafter referred to as "Tagy") and regulate your use of Tagy's website https://Tagy.ge and the online purchase of products through this website.

1. Return/Exchange of Tagy Product

Taking into account Tagy's return/exchange policy, we give you the opportunity to return a product worth more than 50 (fifty) GEL or exchange the purchased product in accordance with Article 2 of this policy. The product value is understood to be the amount actually paid by the consumer to purchase the product, and in the case of a discount, the initial amount is not taken into account.

2. Prerequisites for Product Return/Exchange

2.1. Product return/exchange is possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of its receipt/delivery if the following circumstances provided for in these rules exist:

  • The product does not correspond to the order or the description posted on the website;

  • The product has an obvious defect that makes it impossible to use it for its intended purpose;

  • The product is damaged during the transportation process;

  • The product was purchased remotely and/or the transaction was concluded outside of a commercial premises (in which case the consumer has the right to return/exchange the product);

2.2. The burden of proving the circumstances provided for in paragraph 2.1 of the policy rests with the consumer.

2.3. The delivered product is not subject to return/exchange if:

  • The established 14 (fourteen) calendar day period for product return/exchange has expired;

  • After receiving the product, the consumer used, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise lost the possibility of using the product for its usual purpose;

3. Product Return/Exchange Procedure and Rules

3.1. The consumer has the right to contact Tagy with a request for return/exchange of the received product via the following email: hello@tagy.ge

3.2. When the consumer registers a request for product return/exchange, the application must specify and attach the following information/document:

  • Which purchased product the return request is being registered for;

  • Receipt confirming payment;

  • A photograph of the purchased product;

  • The order number of the purchased product;

  • Consumer's first and last name;

3.3. After registering the product return/exchange request:

  • In the 1st stage, Tagy's support team will contact the consumer within 24 hours and inform them whether the purchased product is subject to return or exchange.

  • In the 2nd stage, the product is delivered to Tagy's branch for inspection, for which the consumer is obliged to bring the product to be returned to Tagy's branch at the following address:

    • Tbilisi, Dariali Lane №8, 1st floor apartment 3;

3.4. The consumer hands over the product to be returned to Tagy's branch in person or sends it by post or any other courier service, after Tagy's support confirms its admission for inspection in the 2nd stage. The consumer is obliged to present the product to be returned/exchanged within the period determined by Tagy's support, the period for which must not be less than 1 (one) calendar day from the sending of the notification.

3.5. The inspection of the product to be returned/exchanged takes place upon its submission to Tagy's branch. The consumer is obliged to present the product's warranty card, box, and every attribute contained therein along with the product. In the event that the circumstances provided for in paragraph 2.1 of this return and exchange policy exist, the consumer will be given consent for return or exchange.

3.6. In case the product presented by the consumer is subject to return, the refund will be made as follows:

  • 3.6.1. If the consumer paid the full amount at the time of purchase, the paid amount will be refunded to the consumer within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the corresponding return confirmation.

  • 3.6.2. In case of installment purchase of the product, the contract concluded with the bank is canceled and the paid amount (if any) is returned to the consumer within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the corresponding return confirmation.

3.7. Tagy refunds the money to the consumer by transferring the amount to the same bank account with which the consumer carried out the transaction.

3.8. In case the product purchased by the consumer is subject to exchange, Tagy sends or otherwise delivers the exchanged product to the consumer within 7 (seven) calendar days from the return of the product to be exchanged by the consumer.

3.9. The consumer's withdrawal from the contract automatically leads to the consumer's exit from the auxiliary contract and the restoration of the initial state.
